Rippy's Ranch Day

The kids are going to love this one - a chance to see a working Colo ranch, with real horses, cattle and goats.  Maybe even a deer or two.

Everyone come out and join us for horse riding, a horse shoeing demonstration, games (including a tuff man contest), petting zoo, and a western BBQ - weather permitting, of course. 

 

It will probably be hot, so wear hats and bring sun block for the kids.

Cost is $5/person or $15/family max, and bring a side dish. 

Bring your own drinks, but ice-cold water is available.

Directions:  Go west on 6 & 50 Road past Fruita to 14 Road.  Turn right (north) and go about 5 miles to 1st stop sign, which is 14 & Q.  Keep going straight north on the gravel road about 1 mile.  1st ranch house on left.
