Dear Brothers,
Recently the Glade Park Bible Church adopted a family for Christmas.
To protect their privacy I can only give you general information. The father of the family recently suffered a serious medical condition---they can not pay the hospital bill--no insurance and he can't work, they are several months behind on rent, and it would seem that the cupboard is pretty bare. They are a private family so I am just beginning to learn the specifics of this family. There is at least one daughter around 7 or 8.
Here is what we are asking--We are trying to raise at least $4000 by the end of December, I am also seeking food and gift card donations. And If you have any spare large baskets we could use those also. I will gladly pick up any local donations. Call me at 970-985-3404 or my wife at 683-1770. Prayers are also needed, I think we have just hit the tip of the iceberg in this situation. Please talk to your friends and family this Christmas lets get out of the give mes and give more.
